How often do I need a CP42?
Commercial catering gas installations should be inspected at least every 12 months. We will remind you before your next one is due.
How long does the inspection take?
Most kitchens take one to three hours depending on the number of appliances. We can book before or after service to keep disruption low.
What if something fails?
Your engineer will explain the issue, make it safe if needed and give you a written note of what has to be fixed before a record can be issued.
Is the £199 fixed?
Yes. £199 + VAT is the price for the inspection and your record. There is no call-out fee and no travel charge. Any repair work is always quoted separately and only done with your agreement.
